The simple answer is Experience & Price.

We have vast experience from the very basic single line installation to complex distribution centers with multiple interacting conveyance systems and temperature controlled environments.
Clients have benefited on the accuracy of the deadline-driven experts at Automation Logistics Corporation to complete their projects the right way - the first time, within budget.
Conveyor is no longer just a mode of transportation.
The new conveyor technology can help perform functions such as storage, scanning, product orientation, sortation, and fulfilment. There are so many innovative products to accomplish a task that the choices can be overwhelming.
At Automation Logistics Corporation we view conveyor as a necessary tool, however we are not a conveyor manufacturer therefore we are not limited to one form of technology. This allows us to design and install a conveyor solution that is focused around your needs. Automation Logistics Corporation can provide conveyor services ranging from modernization, relocation, demolition, and integrated design.
Using conveyor as the primary transportation tool in any automated solution allows you the versatility in design to move products more efficiently through your facility.
In this example a customer had a bar code capture rate of 63.7% over 30 unique carton sizes. The reason for such a low capture rate was caused by varying depths of field. The proposed solution was to replace the existing scanning equipment which would have cost upwards of $20,000.00.
Automation Logistics Corporation designed an upstream conveyor solution which oriented the cartons in a straight line with barcodes facing out at 1/3rd of the cost. This solution increased the capture rate to 93.6% saving the customer not only in the component cost, but also reduced labor hours required to manually scan 36.3% of the previous no-scan/no-read cartons.
